DaitouShingu is the property of the company DaitouShingu Kogyo Co.Ltd.

All transactions on the DaitouShingu website is subject to Japanese law.

Every order made by a customer (i.e. you) entails the explicit acceptance of the general conditions described below.

I. PRODUCTS

1. General

If any product is unavailable and Daitou Shingu/. is not able to provide alternative products of similar quality and price, the purchase will be refunded to the customer. If the product is temporarily unavailable, we will let the customer know about the expected delay by email.

We respond to the inquiries in the orders we receive.

 

1. Products’ Sizes

All products’ sizes use the metric system (cm/m).
Also, all products are made according to Japanese size standards.

1. ORDER
   
   When you click on the "confirm" button when making an order, you commit to fully accept all the terms of sale as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale and without reserve.
   
   The checkout process consists of five (5) steps: shopping cart confirmation, billing address (and/or shipping address), shipping options, payment, and order confirmation.

The customer will be provided with the possibility of changing or reviewing any details in their order before the final confirmation.

After we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation in the order we receive.

III. PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen.

Shipping charges (included taxes which depended on countries) are not included in the listed price.

All credit card transactions are processed securely by PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. 
DaitouShingu does not keep any record of your credit card or other financial information. All financial transactions are encrypted securely and handled by PayPal. 

Note: In the case, you would be unable to use PayPal for your order payment, please contact us by email ( info@daitoushingu.com ).

We would inform you of a different way to proceed with your payment.

The import of a product from Japan may be subject to taxes and to custom fees in the country of delivery.

These supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility.

IV. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Shipment

After receiving and confirming your payment, we will proceed to prepare and ship your order.
The preparation time until shipping differs according to products.
It may take approximately 7 to 10 business days after placing the order.

 Note: Please allow us extra time for orders placed over weekends and holidays.

 When we dispatch the package, we will inform you about the tracking number by email.
You can use the number to track your package.

All products are dispatched from Japan by FedEx or DHL.

For customers residing in remote areas, there will be an additional charge for the shipping fee. Remote areas, as defined by the shipping services, are areas that are difficult to serve due to distance, inaccessibility, and infrequent service. We may request additional shipping fees after the initial payment. If a customer is unsure if their address is considered a remote area, please contact us.

2. Delivery issues

Customers are responsible for their order's online tracking (the tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation mail). Sometimes, carriers cannot deliver a package (for instance, due to the size of the mailbox). In this case, customers may have to contact carriers directly.

DaitouShingu will not be responsible for the return of a package that could not be delivered. We are able to reship returned packages, but the reshipping cost will be at the customer's expense.

V. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We will not be able to accept any exchanges, returns, and cancellations because of customers' personal preferences,

If the product may be defective, please contact us by email and send a detailed photo of it with the order number.

Customers may cancel an order until it is dispatched (please contact us as soon as possible).

We will not be able to accept any exchanges, returns, and cancellations due to customers' personal preferences including personal mistakes.

Please be aware that in all cases the customer is responsible for paying customs fees and for providing any and all documents required by Customs in your country.

If the customer refuses to pay those taxes, the package will be sent back to us.

You will be refunded under this circumstance.

Please note that the charge on delivery and the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the package will be destroyed, no refund will be possible.

VI. REFUND

If the product is defective, there is a possibility that DaitouShingu will refund the customer.

After we receive the defective product from the customer, the refund will be transacted into the same account that was used for the purchase.

VII. APPLICABLE DUTY

DaitouShingu Kogyo Co.Ltd.. is subject to Japanese law.

Within those confines, we will try to satisfy our customers as much as we are able.

In the event of a complaint or difficulties, the customer shall contact info@daitoushingu.com for help in finding an amicable resolution.

VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, comments, works, illustrations, and images reproduced on the website DaitouShingu are reserved for the title of the royalty and intellectual document of title worldwide.

The reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by DaitouShingu Kogyo Co.Ltd..
