SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Shipment
After receiving and confirming your payment, we will proceed to prepare and ship your order.
The preparation time until shipping differs according to products.
It may take approximately 7 to 10 business days after placing the order.
Note: Please allow us extra time for orders placed over weekends and holidays.
When we dispatch the package, we will inform you about the tracking number by email.
Please use the provided number to track your package.
All products are dispatched from Japan through the services of FedEx or DHL Express.
2. Delivery issues
Customers are responsible for their order's online tracking (the tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation mail). Sometimes, carriers cannot deliver a package (for instance, due to the size of the mailbox). In this case, customers may have to contact carriers directly.
DaitouShingu will not be responsible for the return of a package that could not be delivered. We are able to reship returned packages, but the reshipping cost will be at the customer's expense.

3. Remote Area Delivery
In some situations, customers living in remote areas may have to pay extra charge for the remote-area delivery. In this case, DaitouShingu will inform you with email registered. The order will be processed only after the customer agrees with the extra charge and finishes the payment.
