RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We will not be able to accept any exchanges, returns and cancellations because of customers' personal preferences,
If the product may be defective, please contact us by email and send a detailed photo of it with the order number.
Customers may cancel an order until it is dispatched (please contact us as soon as possible).
We will not be able to accept any exchanges, returns and cancellations due to customers' personal preferences including personal mistakes.
Please be aware that in all cases the customer is responsible for paying customs fees and for providing any and all documents required by Customs in your country.
If the customer refuses to pay those taxes, the package will be sent back to us.
You will be refunded under this circumstance.
Please note that the charge on delivery and the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the package will be destroyed, no refund will be possible.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the delivery of the last item in their order.
To exercise this right, please submit a withdrawal request via the "Withdraw Contract" button at the bottom right of the page. We will contact you soon by email.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon a valid withdrawal, we will issue any applicable refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for withdrawal.
REFUND
If the product is defective, there is a possibility that DaitouShingu will refund the customer.
After we receive the defective product from the customer, the refund will be proceeded on the same account that was used for the purchase.
